What to Expect

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if it's your first time. My goal is to make the process as comfortable, collaborative, and transparent as possible. From your initial consultation to ongoing therapy, we'll work together to create a treatment plan that supports your goals and helps you move toward meaningful, lasting change.

  1. Free 15-Minute Consultation

    A brief virtual conversation to discuss your concerns, answer questions, and determine whether my practice is a good fit for your needs. There is no obligation to schedule afterward.

  2. Initial Intake

    A comprehensive assessment where we get to know one another, your current concerns, personal history, relationships, strengths, symptoms, and goals for therapy.

  3. Treatment Planning

    Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. Together, we'll create an individualized plan based on your goals, values, and life circumstances.

  4. Ongoing Therapy

    Each session builds on your progress while addressing new challenges, education, skill-building, communication strategies, coping techniques, emotional processing, and evidence-based interventions.

  5. Measuring Progress

    Healing isn't always linear, but we'll regularly review your progress, celebrate your successes, and adjust goals so you leave therapy feeling more confident, connected, and equipped.
