Insurance, Fees & Payment Options
Clear information about what therapy costs, how insurance works in this practice, and the options available to you.
Private Pay Session Fees
| Free 15-minute consultation | $0 |
| Individual therapy session (50 minutes) | $125 |
There are a limited number of discounted sessions available. If cost is a barrier, please mention it during your consultation and we can talk through options.
Insurance
Some insurances are accepted; however, private pay is encouraged. Oftentimes insurance companies will dictate and limit the care a client receives, including requiring a mental health diagnosis and placing limits on the number or focus of sessions. Private pay allows your care to stay fully between us.

Please verify eligibility and benefits. Coverage may vary by plan. Insurance participation can change; to confirm your specific plan is currently accepted, contact me or ask during your free consultation and I'll verify before your first session.
Verifying Your Benefits
If you plan to use insurance, I recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card and asking: whether outpatient telehealth mental health visits are covered, whether I am in network for your specific plan, what your copay or coinsurance is, and whether you have a deductible that applies. Benefit quotes from your insurer are not a guarantee of payment, and you are responsible for any portion your plan does not cover.
Private Pay & Good Faith Estimate
Private-pay clients pay $125 per 50-minute session. Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before treatment begins; see Legal & Practice Information for details.
Start with the free consultation
The easiest way to sort out fees and coverage for your situation is the free 15-minute consultation. No obligation, and you'll leave knowing exactly what therapy would cost you.
