Hi, I'm Lauren!
I've always been drawn to helping others navigate life's challenges and discover the strength they already have within themselves.
My Story
Since beginning my career in social work in 2011, I've had the privilege of supporting people through difficult seasons, major life transitions, mental health concerns, substance use recovery, and relationship challenges. Those experiences have shaped not only the therapist I am today but also the person I continue to become.
I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable enough to be yourself. My goal is to create a space that feels warm, authentic, welcoming, and free from judgment. I want our sessions to feel like a place where you can be honest about your struggles, celebrate your successes, ask difficult questions, and know you'll be met with compassion every step of the way.
As I've grown in my career, I've found myself especially passionate about helping women who are struggling with low sexual desire and intimacy concerns. I know these conversations can feel vulnerable, and many women silently carry feelings of shame, guilt, or confusion. My hope is to provide a safe place where we can explore these concerns together, understand what's contributing to them, and help you reconnect with yourself and your relationships in a way that feels authentic and fulfilling.
Outside of the therapy room, I'm a lifelong learner who believes that excellent care requires continual growth. I'm committed to expanding my knowledge through ongoing education and advanced training so I can provide evidence-based, compassionate care that reflects current research and best practices.
Above all, I believe healing happens through connection. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or changes in intimacy, you don't have to do it alone. My role isn't to tell you who to become; it's to walk alongside you, help you recognize your strengths, and support you as you build the life and relationships you want.
It would be an honor to be part of your journey.
